DMTunes is a UK electronic chillout project led by music composer and producer, Damian Turnbull.

Our tracks are a mix of smooth relaxed chillout beats, cool electronica mixed with organic soundscapes which together create music to take the listener to a calmer, more relaxed state. As well as laid back Ambient, we love Melodic Deep House and are looking to release more in this genre soon.

We are proud to have partnered with Lemongrassmusic and seen our debut album ‘Specular’ released in October 2017.

2018 saw the release of our 2nd Album ‘Ambiente’ which reworks some of Damian’s earlier soundscape designs. This is a compilation of relaxed atmospheres suitable as sleep music or guided relaxations.

Aside from Ambient and Downtempo music production, Damian is a freelance sound designer and composer specializing in original music for TV, Film, Radio, Advertising, and Interactive media. His early teenage years saw him as a session musician, sound engineer, and midi programmer, which inevitably led to an interest in writing his own material. His work appears worldwide, with credits including MTV, Sky, BBC, ITV, and the Discovery Channel, amongst many others.
